The complaintWe are applying for mortgage and we already had an appointment with an advisor from ABN. She said that she would send us the required documents list for mortgage application the next day but after 4 WORKING DAYS we have not received any email yet. We sent her an email to follow up but there is NO ANY RESPONSE. We even called ABN Amro customer service to be helped. They said the only thing they can do for us is sending her an email with high priority label but it seems to be FUTILE.
Gewenste oplossing
