Opgelost door AEG: Dryer AEG LAvatherm 55840 no power, no signs of life - 3 years old
De klachtFirst my apology for English language but my Dutch is not good enough for this dispute. I've purchased my dryer in Heerlen store approx. 3 years ago. Dryer been taken care of and cleaned from dust regularly. This week I wanted to turn it on and there was no signs of life. I've checked power outlet, ducting and everything that came to my mind and still nothing. No power, no signs of life. We have both wahing machine and dryer and my wife was haoppy with both but to me this lifespan of dryer is absolutely not acceptable. Dryer had very little use as we do not have kids and leaving moderately active lifestyle.Please respond how I can proceeed as I do have legal assistance service but not sure if I should not try peacefull solution first. I'm working in the internationl company with a lot of foreigner asking where and what to buy. Till now I was "advertising" AEG among the collegueas - I do not want correct my statement i the future
De oplossingReplacement at the cost of the company. This product was well in the upper middle of price range in the store and we bought the same day washing machine and dryer although my wife was suggesting MIele as better alternative with extended warranty plan. COmpletely not acceptable since comparatively or even lower priced products are going strong 5-7 years of heavy use. 3 years for dryer is a joke.
