Klacht Alert loodgietersbedrijf: I paid almost 400 eur. but did not received service

On Monday Apr 18, 2022 I had a water leak from my apartment to neighbors downstairs so I called Loodgieter https://loodgieteralert.nl/ to solve the problem. He came the same day, inspected the bath but I pointed to toiled as a source of the water leak. They said leak is coming from top of the water container (jachtbank) which was not true. Apr 18 he spend up to 1 h. and charged via tikkie 196 eur.
Tuesday Apr 19, 2022. He came back to inspect water leak at the ground floor from neighbors apartment, dissembled the sealing, but did not found the real water leak source and asked again 196 eur to pay for a visit. I paid again via tikkie.
Loodgieter did not gave me invoices for a payment and did not stop the leak as he did not found and sealed it during his two visits. I asked invoices several times but he keeps ignoring me. 2 payments via tikkie went to bank account which is not realated to his company. The conclusion 392 eur paid. no invoice received, work is not done (leak source not detected), + he destroyed ceiling of my neighbor. He is not willing to refund money or solve the issue in other way. I have pictures, texts, proof of payment as an evidence of the case.
Day later I found actual leak in the pipe and fixed it myself, its stopped, problem solved by myself.

Gewenste oplossing

1. provide 2 invoices for two payments of 193,30 EUR each.
2. refund the payment.
3. fix the damage at the neighbor ceiling.
