, I have a complain concerning my supplier of the deskcam that I recently bought from Bonum Car Market. On delivery, the camera did not function as expected. I asked the supplier if the actions of the camera were normal, Ms. Iris Xu confirmed that it was normal. It was mainly the frequent start-up of the camera after actions in the menu. Later I found out that the included memory card was the cause. I have installed a memory card of myself and the camera is working properly. I reported this to Bonum Car Market but did not receive an answer. after a few weeks I asked again if this could be solved but still have no answer. What should I do, I can not post a negative review on the Aliexpress website to warn others.
