Klacht

On august 14th, i returned a rental car to Avis in Schipol airport
Few days later, i discover in the final invoice 500 euros charged with no explanation. the tank was full and no structural damage.
Since then have sent several to Avis and its station manager in particular, but i get no feedback.

Gewenste oplossing

credit the 500euros that were stolen from me
