Klacht

I lost my backpack and all items inside the backpack when I stayed overnight from 6 to 9 November 2021and asking for the store the luggage at hotel lobby service.
However, they didn't give me any receipt or noted for the service.
and even rejected to write a noted to approval my backpack was missing at their hotel after I reported this case at Policy office.

I can understand where hotel coming from and I also don't need the hotel take the Responsibility & compensation for losses. Just provide the receipt that my backpack did lost at Best western Amsterdam airport in order to let me claim from my insurance.

Because my insurance company only allow to claim these items if I have the receipt that my backpack did lost at Best western Amsterdam airport

Hope you can contact with Best western Amsterdam airport and tell them where I'm coming from and I don't need the hotel take the Responsibility & compensation for losses. Just provide the receipt that my backpack did lost at Best western Amsterdam airport in order to let me claim from my insurance.
