De klacht

I delivered the product on time. However, afterwards I received the delivery note in my e-mail with the statement that "there are no damages and that I have checked the interior" with a costumer signature below that it is not mine.
I assume that there are no damages but I would really appreciate if I had been asked to sign, unless I had given the permission for someone else to sign instead me, which did not happen.

De oplossing

I expect from the company to not accept the signature that it is not mine on the delivery note ,
I expect that the company will allow me first to open the package and send a digital signature within the day (07/04/2020), where I can confirm that there are no damages.

    Good morning Madam ,

    My sincere apologies for the confusion over the signature for damage free delivery.

    It was not a false signature, but the word: malfunction. In connection with the coronavirus, BCC no longer allows customers to sign.
    Too bad you weren't told that.
