De klacht

On 3 september I have send my phone to repair centrum because the screen didn't respond properly anymore.After 10 working days i get an e mail that the phone is gonna be ready around 17th september (it was not ready) and after sending a few more emails i get an answer that the phone has been sended to a reparatie centrum outside Europe and they don't know when it's gonna be ready...Today is 28-09-2019 and nobody knows when i get back my phone ..if i get it .i don't reccoment belsimpel because of the poor customer .

Fixing the problem faster...

    I just get an update from them that the phone is still in service and they don't know when it's gonna be ready...until now i am more than a month waiting for the phone to be fixed. good job belsimpel
