Klacht Belsimpel: Repair of my phone is taking extremely long!!!

My Sony Compact Z1 phone microphone was broken and sent back to Belsimpel for repair in May 2016 within its guarantee. The repair of my phone started on 8 June 2016, Belsimpel customer service can give me no info & told me they could not help & there is a delay with the Sony phones repair. Normally, a repair should last maximum 10 days and if extra pieces are ordered a little longer but NOT 6-7 weeks or even longer. This is not acceptable & Belsimpel has to take care of its customer’s rights. Please either provide my phone repaired as soon as possible (within this week) OR refund the total cost of my phone OR provide me another phone as replacement which is at the same standard. As a customer, I do have consumer rights in the Netherlands & I want this issue to be solved ASAP. If you do not take any of the above mentioned actions ASAP then I will file a formal complaint via de geschillencommissie. Thanks.Gewenste oplossing
Please either provide my phone repaired as soon as possible OR refund the total cost of my phone OR provide me another phone as replacement which is at the same standard.Since i ahve already waited sufficiently long enough and was not helped at all by the ''customer service'', i hope you take one of these actions withing THIS WEEK so till and by 15 July 2016. I hope to have infomed you sufficiently before I take any legal action.
