Klacht Bershka: Defective item
I bought a jersey the past 27 of october. It arrived on the 31th of October but I picked it up on the 6th of November. It smelled (and continues smelling) funny, like mold.
I used for the first time last the 12th of November. I was going to use it again the 15th of November, and I realized it is full of lint! And no one part: all the sleeves and the belly and chest! I believe the jersey is defective.
I asked Bershka on the 15th of November by email and received an automatic reply. I called last week to the number on their website tel:0 800 023 4274 two times today, and they communication was lost both times.
I would like a change for a item like the one I bought, but not defective. And if all the jerseys of that model are defective, then, I would like a refund.
