I have sent them an email MANY times and they fail to reply every time. I have sent them an email to cancel my subscription. I am still waiting for an answer. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone. Customer service is really bad.

No they didn’t solve my problem. When I signed the contract they told me that IN CASE I want to leave the Netherlands, that I can cancel without payment. Now they sent me an email that I have to pay a penalty!! Can you believe this???? They take minimum 2 weeks to reply to you, no phone number to call them. I don’t recommend them at all!!
