I buy some ink via/from bol.com in 09.01.2018 but I have not received it even today !
The fun part is that I bought online hoping to get the product the next day.Trying to find out what the problem is ,I was advised to do detective work:to call Post NL although I can not make any complaints to them because I did not send the package and talk to all the neighbors on the street if they did not get my package.
In 12.01.2018 I was advised to wait until Wednesday 17.01.2018 and to call Post NL.
I call post NL later on ...and as I suspected, I can not do anything.
nothing has happened since then and I'm still waiting ... next Wednesday and next Wednesday

We are sorry to hear that it was so busy on the phone at PostNL. However, the research at PostNL indicated that the package was delivered at the correct address.

I really want to advise you to contact PostNL about the status of your shipment.

If it is the case that nothing has been delivered at the latest next Wednesday, please let us know. We can then look for another solution.
