I bought some electronics, bol.com says it's delivered but it's definitely not. I understand that you have to be cautious about this kind of customer claims but you should also have make sure that the orders are actually delivered.Please have Post NL company give you some information about the delivery. They didn't even leave a note (I'm still positively assuming that they actually came and we didn't hear the crazy-loud doorbell). It's frustrating to wait while no-one is taking any responsibilities on their side.
I'm highly disappointed in this experience I had. Lesson learned!
