De klacht

I made order of 2 parfums making a payment of 79.69 euro to their account as stated below. [verwijderd door moderator] Ten name van: Bonparfum. Woonplaats: Denhaag. This payment was made on the 31st of March 2016 but and I was told I will receive the parfums by the 5th of April but until today I have not received the parfumés. I have sent some several emails but no reply. The worse of all is that their website is no more functional. [verwijderd door moderator]
