I got money for dresses and for shoes not!
Mrs Anna from the customer service told me that the warranty for my shoes is gone and that the shoes I sent them were gone ... how is it possible?

Logically, Bonprix should call me or send me a message saying the shoe's warranty has passed. They should send me the shoes back (i can pay for the shipment).
