De klacht

On 14-05-2018, 'Bos Incasso' unsocilicated email in the name of Tele2 (Dossiernummer: 002838660) in which it asked me to pay (apparently under so-called 'Ter incasso gegeven bedrag € 31,21 [&] Incassokosten € 40,00). It never specified in any details as to where this € 31,21 came from? Tele2 continued to take out money from my bank (even small amounts like 3, 4 euros!) while I have no contract with it since Februrary 2018. Just early May 2018, I personally talked to Tele2 staffs online to make sure I don't have anything to pay, and they don't take out anymore money under any pretext. This was then resolved (see chat screenshot!). However, weeks later, the sudden email Bos Incasso surely annoyed me, and worse of all, I haven't got any idea what I have to pay for. This is simply unfair. When I raise this issue with Tele2, it's staffs don't seem to know, and my written letter, nor online complain have been responded. Now, it's Bos Incasso who has to give me the details.

De oplossing

Before sending an unsolicited email, Bos Incasso must provide exact details regarding that the charges are, and as I have contested Tele2's unfair and unjust charges, it should ask Tele2 to present a clear invoice with exact time/situation. I am angry because I don't have any contract with Tele2, and this company has continued take about money from my bank even in April 2018.

    Bos Incasso is paying deaf ear even with my legitimate questions. Today I heard that its staffs have send a letter to a wrong address. If it can find even email address, then, it can reply my very basic question, with details. It feels like as if I'm under an authoritarian system. It's very sad.

I didn't have to pay anything but still Bos incasso didn't apologise.
