I am writing to address a pressing issue regarding the flooring and kitchen installation project. Our initial plan was to proceed with the flooring installation first, followed by the kitchen installation. However, I have recently been informed by Brugman that the selected flooring is currently unavailable, resulting in a significant delay in both its delivery and installation. This unforeseen circumstance is now causing an unavoidable delay in the kitchen installation, which is entirely unacceptable due to the last-minute nature of this change.

Despite my proactive efforts to resolve this situation, including contacting multiple individuals within Brugman, I have encountered a frustrating cycle of redirection and no resolution. I urgently request that Brugman takes swift action to address and rectify this issue, ensuring the earliest possible resolution (Preferrably a cancellation of the order of the floor without any fee and legal obligation, as brugman is the defaulter in this case). Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated as we work to uphold our original plan without further delays or complications.

Gewenste oplossing

Cancellation of the order of the floor without any fee and legal obligation.

So i can order from somewhere else before the kitchen arrives to the house.

We cannot and accept any delays on the floors neither the kitchen. And we dont want to select any other floor(Colour or its type).

    I still have not heard anything from brugman on this.
    This issue has to be resolved ASAP. So we can move ahead with our plans.
