Dears,

It makes probably 4 months that I am trying to find a solution together with Brugman about the wrong kitchen they delivered to us.
We have made verbal and contractual agreements before the kitchen was delivered and paid and they are not fulfilling these agreements.
The manager of Brugman Arena doesn't replies to the emails and communication quickly and the problem is taking too long to be solved.
I have registered in many emails all the communication and in case necessary, I can provide it for further investigation.

I am very unsatisfied about the company and the kitchen they delivered to us, it is a big headache in the middle of my apartment.

Please help us in order to make Brugman fulfil their obligations.

De oplossing

- Deliver the kitchen as per agreed
or
- bring the right solution without any extra cost

    Please note that me and the manager from Brugman Arena are not getting into a final agreement, thus i kindly ask the support from the Central Brugman in order to solve this matter finally.
    It is taking too long and I have already wasted too much time on that.
