Government policies have forced the family event I was supposed to attend to be postponed by a year. I’ve been Contacting BudgetAir for 2 months without any answer. I simply want to postpone my flights by a year.
De oplossingI want the company to allow a flight date change by a year as Australia still has stringent quarantine rules which would make my trip useless. Self service date change does not allow for any changes beyond may 2021.
