Klacht Camerawarehouse.nl: Reparation digital camera
De klachtOn 8 September 2015 I asked Camerawarehouse to check if my newly bought digital camera (on 23 July 2015) can be repaired within the guarantee period.
Because I realised that my camera had something wrong to use already when I bought it. Camerawarehouse answered that they will first send my camera to a maker and then they will call me if the camera can be repaired within guarantee.
On 1st October I received their call. They said that repair cost of the camera is not within guarantee and only cheking cost at the maker is more than 75 euro even without reparation.
I did not agree. Because I did not receive any advance information when I brought my camera to the shop that I have to pay the cost only for checking at a maker but without any reparation. I complained against Camerawarehouse. On 5 October a manager called. However, he did not gave me any better solution. The manager promised me to call on 7 October 2015, but he did not call me yet until today 12 October 2015.
De oplossingCamerawarehouse must give my camera back to me without any cost.
