Klacht Cathay Pacific: Vluchtvertraging 6 uur: Kans Hong Kong gemist
On October 16 , we had a delay of 6 hours. Waiting in Cairns was very tiring. We arrived a day later in the hotel in Hong Kong at 04:00 am. This day we were obviously very tired. We could not use the lockers to store our backpacks , because they were already close to the airport in Hong Kong. We had to take them to the hotel.
We could not see things and do in Hong Kong since had shortage of time and were tired. Our plan was to spend 24 hours in Hong Kong but this did not happen because of the delay. I'm so dissapointed.
Gewenste oplossingWe are very pleased with Cathay, but it took me too much time, money and effort. I missed my chance to explore Hong Kong and it took me a lot of money. I would like a compensation for the delay in Cairns. Awaiting your response.
