Klacht CD-ROM-Land.nl: Sold a defective laptop, refuses to repair/replace.

De klacht

Ordered a laptop from this store, received on 11th of September, immediately I notice some dots on the screen, I could feel them with my finger but couldn't really say if they were some residue or scratches, after trying to wipe it off with IPA, I confirmed they were scratches, I called the store on 24th of September to ask to do (2 weeks after receiving), they told me all I had to do was send it back, after finishing the project I was working on, I requested the RMA less than two weeks after the call, once they received the laptop, they told me that such damages were not their responsibility because "DOA's have to be sent in a week", they also stated that "A new laptop does not come out of the box with these scratches as we have now received it from you.", well it shouldn't indeed come out of the box with those, but it happens and it just did. Anyway the situation is simple, I bought a product, it came defective, I sent it back (RMA done with less than a month from delivery) and the store refuses to take responsibility, and is also trying to charge me money to send it to the manufacturer so they can repair.

Repair/replacement the defective product, which is merely my right.
