De klacht

I have purchased a dress (around 70 euros). It was not matching my size, so I have returned the dress unused and did all according to the rules as per the webpage. I was requested to pay 14.65 euro (not refundable) for the retour. I can see on the tracking number that Chi Chi London received the package on 16 May 2016. Ever since then I have contacted them via mail multiple times. They do not want to send me a confirmation mails (as per terms and conditions) and up to now, exactly 30 working days, Chi Chi London did not return my money back. According to the terms and conditions, this needs to happen within 10 working days. In response to my mails, Chi Chi London only copy-pasted info from their webpage about the 10 working days.

De oplossing

I want reimbursement of my money and due to the delay they have caused, an explanation, an excuse and reimbursement of my postal cost.
