Klacht Corendon: Corendon cancelled 3 bookings for me this year, then they stopped replying to my emails
I would like if you can help me with some advices. At the beginning of this year in May, Corendon cancelled 2 bookings from me, reason is that there were prijsfout. And now I just booked another holidays and they sent me an email that they will cancel it because of prijsfout. Or if I pay more money until Monday then they can keep it. They are asking 1,160,00 euro more.
I would like to know if this is acceptable? Can they do this to me for the 3rd time in a year?
They never compensate me for their mistakes, they just cancelled my bookings and stopped replying to all my emails.
Please help me.
