Good afternoon, today I went to Deka Mark as I always go, I do not work in Holland, I come every 2 months to the house of my son, I stay 2 months 4 times a year, I spend in Deka about 600 euros a month, I am 63 years old, a hearing and psychological support animal, because I became deaf with breast cancer, the animal always accompanies me, I have been going to Deka for 15 years, the Deka staff have always been nice to me, at the beginning I asked to enter with the dog and then I stopped asking because they always let me, he went in the trolley totally isolated, you can check your cameras that you see me there in the Supermarket area and in the Coffee area. Today I met one of your employees and a female employee in the café area, they were aggressive and rude, I would say racist, despite showing them my disability certificate and the medical order where it says that I have to walk with the animal they were aggressive, psychologically aggressive, I don't speak Dutch, only French, Portuguese, Spanish and a little English, but what they did to a sick person they abused and mistreated is unforgivable, we called the police because I wanted to, but from what I saw it was no use, they didn't deign to apologize. On December 5, I will return to Portugal to ask my lawyer to file a Human Rights case in the European Court, against the employees that didn't even deign to identify themselves, and against DekaMar Supermarkets that don't have a complaint book, it's mandatory to have a complaint book, I'll go round and round, but I'll get my way, racism and lack of respect for me no, the employees may even lie, but I recorded everything. However, if DekaMar and the staff apologise to me, I will think about it. I look forward to hearing from you guys.
THE TWO EMPLOYEES WERE RACIST THEY DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES, ONE GAVE ME A FALSE NAME, A SUPER MARKET HAS NO COMPLAINTS BOOK. I SENT AND SHOWED MY DISABILITY CERTIFICATE, I SENT AND SHOWED THE CERTIFICATE WHERE IT SAYS THAT THE ANIMAL IS HEARING AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT, I SHOWED PHOTOS

De oplossing

I DEMAND AN APOLOGY FROM THE 2 EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DISMISSAL, I DEMAND THAT THIS SUPER MARKET HAS A COMPLAINTS BOOK OR BE PUNISHED FOR NOT HAVING ONE
