Opgelost door DELTA Fiber Nederland: 2 weeks since I applied but no call/contact/sms/mail. Phones won't be answered.

I live in Vlissingen and I applied for Fiber internet flex package on 22.06.2022 which is two weeks ago. I had a confirmation mail telling me that a contractor will contact me within 3 working days to make an appointment to arrange the fiber optic connection.But nobody called/texted/mailed me. I contact to the online customer sevice on the website. It was told that I need to call SPIE contractor in Middelburg but after calling 6-7 times, nobody answered.
2 weeks has passed without any information and I don't know what is the last status of my application. I regret to contact with Delta and really dissatisfied with the service.
Gewenste oplossing
Immediately as soon as possible connect my internet and start the subscription and if it is not possible, please inform me about the reason.- Status
