I was home all day waiting for a delivery by DHL Parcel but it never came. At around 13:00 the Track and Trace weblink updated to "Recipient moved or unknown, please contact the sender". When I contacted the Customer Care Department they've told me that the driver could find the address but that my name was not known at that address which is weird considering the fact that the courier hasn't even rang the bell or knocked on the door. They've also mentioned that they cannot deliver that package again. They have to send it back to the sender.
I would like that the company to actually deliver the package to the address mentioned on the delivery details.
