Klacht DHL Express: Parcel not delivered to recipient, not trackable, no status updates
De klachtI have handed over my parcel to DHL parcel service on 3rd August. At the time of booking, they promised a 11 day delivery time. Following are the problems I face -
1) Already the stipulated 11 day waiting period is over.
2) The status isn't updated since 10th Aug
3) Nobody in DHLNL has any clue where is the parcel. They just have standard reply - please wait a few days.
4) I can tolerate delays, but not knowing the exact status or situation of the parcel is not at all acceptable.
5) They have charged premium fees compared to normal mail delivery service providers. But still no proper response or acknowledgment to my queries
