My delivery was scheduled in a range of one hour. I had been at home all morning and suddenly I received an email stating that the delivery could not have been made. It doe not say anything, no reasons, no indications. The door bell has not rang during that time, and the bell works perfectly (I had received visits in the meantime). The parcel is supposed to be sent to a pick up point. The parcel is also not there. I contact bol.com, they also do not take responsibility for anything.
Reinboursment of the shipping costs/damages.
The package has been delivered to a pick up place instead to my home address. The delivery service claims to have tried to delivered at home but they did not. The package should have been delivered at a pick up point on the same day but that also did not work out. The complaint was not resolved in any case, I already know that the package has been delivered at a pick up point now (too late). That does not solve the fact that the package has been delivered one day later to an address 1.5 Km away from my home address. Nobody tried to deliver the package at my home address not once.
The reaction of the company in this platform has not helped solving anything.
The customer service charges 0,5 cents per call. They hung op on me 2 times before I actually could talk with someone.
