I got an email saying 'sorry we missed you'. But we were here at home like everyone else and the doorbell works! We did not receive a DPD card. Almost every time I receive a packet from DPD this happens. Not with other services. I believe they do not try to deliver and send straight to packet shop. I would like my delivery to my door like I paid for.
I would like DPD to deliver my package to my door as I paid for. They should contact me to arrange this.
