The packet (a piece of furniture) was delivered to a pick up point 2.5 km from the adress it should have been delivered. The most strange is that there is another pick up point closer, and they didn't left the package there. I bough online to have the product delivered at my house and no anywere else. Tried to contact the costumer service, waited for 20 minutes and nobody answered.
I want the product delivered at the address indicated by the purchase as soon as possible.
