De klacht



I bought a shoe on sale from ECCO and after using 10 minutes it broke, a day later I went to the shop at Delft and ask them for repair. After 10 days, they said we can not repair, you can only buy something else with that amount of money. but I do not want to buy any other product!!! I asked refund of my money and they said it is not possible!!
Now totally I do not know what should I do!!!!

    I'm very sorry to hear that your Ecco shoes have let you down. It is always important for us to hear how our customers are feeling about our shoes. I hope your experiences with the store have not soured your feelings towards Ecco as a brand.
    Unfortunately we cannot really help you in this case. The store where you purchased your shoes, is responsible for inspecting the shoes and for choosing to either accept or not accept the claim. We are the supplier and only supply the goods. The stores are held by different franchise-owners and we cannot influence their return policies. Again we feel very sorry for your inconvenience. Hope to have informed you adequately.
