Klacht EDR-Incasso: Not Responding to my emails
De klachtIn June I got an email about an old bill from ProAssist. I emailed back at first saying it is not for me as I no longer live in the Netherlands. I then realized that is was me that they meant as they had all my old details. I have been responding to their emails saying that I am not in the Netherlands so I will have difficulty paying but I never get a real response back. I just keep getting emails with the cost increasing and the threat of being taken to court but NO ONE replies to my direct questions. Is this real?
De oplossingI would like someone to respond to my questions. If this is an honest request for payment I will pay it but I need my questions answered before I can make payment.
