De klacht

In June I got an email about an old bill from ProAssist. I emailed back at first saying it is not for me as I no longer live in the Netherlands. I then realized that is was me that they meant as they had all my old details. I have been responding to their emails saying that I am not in the Netherlands so I will have difficulty paying but I never get a real response back. I just keep getting emails with the cost increasing and the threat of being taken to court but NO ONE replies to my direct questions. Is this real?

De oplossing

I would like someone to respond to my questions. If this is an honest request for payment I will pay it but I need my questions answered before I can make payment.

    As far as I am concerned this is not closed as EDR Incasso never replied. Proassist finally replied to my queries too. The debt was real. But they said they couldn't help and I had to deal directly with EDR Incasso. How can I deal with someone who doesn't respond to my questions. I still don't know if this is something that will be taken to court. I have told him I am willing to pay but sending money from Barbados is difficult. So I am still clueless as to what I am to do. I am NOT happy.
