De klacht

I ordered Nintendo Switch on 01-12-2019. I transferred the money on the same day. The next day I sent by email payment confirmation. On 3rd of December I got an email that the order is being processed. On 4th December I got another email that the parcel is being packed. On 6th December I got another email that the parcel is at the courier's warehouse. On 09th of December I received a TnT number with this information: Please note that this is the eGlobal Central Nederland ’s tracking page. Once your parcel has arrived at the local courier the link to their tracking page will be shown here.
Since than the TnT page has been updated every day with information that the parcel is on the way. However the last couple of updates stated that there was a delay, unforeseen circumstances, etc. on 18th December I send a "ticket" - that's what the page calls it, claiming money back due to the fact that I suspect that the package has been lost. I didn't get a confirmation by email. Also, nobody contacted me about it. It's been 19 days since I placed my order, I lost hope for receiving the package. I would love to get my money back.
