Klacht Eneco: Billing is incorrect

De klacht
-The Eneco is sending me the bills that I should not pay.- Eneco was supplying the energy for my old apartment from July till November 2019, for 4 months. The contract was ended in November 2019.
-Today, I received a billing from Eneco for more than three thousand euro as an ending bill. During the 4 months when Eneco was supplying my energy, I have paid about a thousand euro for the energy. But the apartment I was living is only 50 square meters. The contract with Eneco was registered wrong, it was registered as a big company, but the company I own is just a one-man business. I told Eneco's customer service agent, however, no one helped me to charge it and I didn't hear anything back after the communication. They was charging me for the company for hundreds people, which is not acceptable. And there is no way I can afford it. I have told customer service agent that the contract was made wrong, no one helped.
- When I check Eneco.nl, I filled in the details of my old apartment, the website showed that I only need to pay 90 euro per month with free cancellation. I have no idea the bills I received was stated the different information.
- After I ended my bill in November 2019, I only got one email from eneco to confirm the cancellation. In march 2020, I received a phone call from Eneco and the customer agent told me I have some unpaid bill for March (I already moved out from the old apartment and the contract was ended) . I explained everything again and also informed the wrong amount they charged from me. After this, I received the second contact through email that I should pay more than 3000 euors, It doesn't make any sense to me and I am very disappointed.
- The old supplier Nuon only charged me 150euro per month and in the end of the year, I am still able to have couple euro back. However, During the 4 months, the energy bill I paid was more than Nuon charged for a year bill.
- I tried my best to contact the customer service and even waiting for an hour on the phone, no one picked up. The email I have sent was not replied either. I was really disappointed with the service that Eneco have offered for their client. I felt I was not treated the way I deserved. All the customers want the voice to be heard and please show some reaction when guests complaint.
De oplossing
- Investigate on my case;- Cancel the bill they sent me today;
- Refund me the over-charged amount during the 4 months.
