De klacht

In September 2012 I purchased a Rancillio Silvia espresso machine and paid for it. Delivery was expected in one week. After months of waiting the machine was not delivered and there was no good excuse. Finally I cancelled the order and asked for my deposit back. It has been 7 months since I cancelled the order and, despite many requests to return my deposit, it has not been returned. The manager has stopped all communication with me and it does not appear that he has any intention to return the deposit I gave him in good faith.
