I was charged with costs that they were not said when I initially bought the product.When I asked explanation, the answer was very vague.
I was told that the montage would be about 50€. There are 2 additional costs in the factuur: one is "voorijkosten", the other has the name "mesbahi", the sum of which is 97,50€. The only explanation that I got is that those are standard prices: why weren't they mention before then?

- mesbahi
