Klacht Expedia: Refund on cancellation not given
De klachtWe booked a trip through Expedia pre Corona. As the airline Lufthansa cancelled the flight, we were due for a refund. The airline told us that only expedia can process the payment. We called expedia on 14th July and were told the money will be refunded in 6 weeks. Now when we call back they say that Lufthansa hasn't responded to their emails. No one from their team informed us this.
