Klacht Feiken Verwarming: Accident during the dismantle of the old CV-kettle
De klachtThis is a cry from the heart!
Idea of buying a new CV-kettle became disaster!
Actually with the new kettle and its instalation everything is good. But the dismantle of the old CV-kettle cost us double money than a new CV-kettle.
First thing for dismantle of the old kettle (Nefit EcomLine HR Excellent) was to empty its 75-litters.
The tube for the used water was partly blocked. Nobody knew it, neither us, neither the monteur of FeikenCV. He was alone in the CV-kettle room, he directed the water in the tube and did not control it (what was he doing than?!!!). Water, instead of running in the waste tube, was running all over our place. Our walls are now with yellow water marks, and 46 inchesTV is broken.
When I SAW the water and screamed, the monteaur RUN AWAY FROM THE HOUSE, LEFT THE WATER RUN MORE!
Right after the damage FeikenCV was reasuring us that they will cover the damage. But at the end they have changed their mind and did not do anything...
De oplossingThey have to cover the cost of the paiting the walls, cost of trying to repair the TV and TV it-self, which for a year is far away in the garbage.
A monteur was young (unexperienced?),
he was alone (should be 2 people doing this heavy kettle, to secure the process)
he did not control where the water is running - first I saw the water, two floors downstairs!
instead of blocking water right away, he run away, left the water keep on running!
than he was LYING to his boss, saying, that I damaged it my-self! How?? I was downstairs and the CV-kettle room is on second floor.
We fought for months with Feiken CV and did not see a penny from them!!! FeikenCV should be responsible for the work they do, If the monteur was keeping his eyes on the CV-kettle and not else-where, nothing would happen! They have ruined the house and feeling irresponcible!
