De klacht

15th of april I opened the door to someone offering Fiber services to me, they offered a package for 49,95€ which would be just a matter of connecting one cable, I signed.
A couple of weeks later their technician came to us because we could not make it work, he said that because of our setup we would need an extra decoder which he could install for 75€, I complained to fiber asking them to break the contract and they said I couldn't and they offered me a new package for 59,95€

De oplossing

I dont want their services, they have mislead us and have been very rude to us when approaching them

He stated that the problems you are having are probably caused by the cables/wiring inside your home. He thinks there already quite old. To help you out with this we will send a technician again to replace your in home cables/wiring. This should fix the problem.You will be contacted for an appointment.Best regards,Tom van der Linden

    The problem is not our internal cabling as we are watching tv just fine now with the old provider
    The problem, and the technician should know, is that we dont have a decoder for our projector and without that your service wont work

    Please let us know which type of decoder we need to get
    Ideally you should have provided us with a gratis decoder as a compensation for all your bad services and miscommunication

    We are going this friday on holidays so we would like to have this fixed before. Please get in contact with a suitable solution for us before friday, this is ongoing longer than two months
