Opgelost door Fietsvoordeelshop.nl: You keep delivering used accu's
De klachtI bought an electric bike 4 months ago from them. Once it was delivered I've check the bike and it had wrong accu, I've paid for 750W and there was 340W one. Not that it was a wrong accu but it was full of scratches and markes that it is a used one. So I've sent an email with pictures and I've called them. They said accu will be delivered in a week.
After one week they deliver correct accu 750W but again, not a new one, full of markes of usage, so I didn't accept the delivery and the driver left.
From that moment, every 2 weeks they were saying that new accu will be delivered soon. They were just changing dates for delivery for 3,5 months. In mean while they ignored my emails and requests for solution.
After 3.5 months I receive a package through post NL without possibility to return with accu of 750W inside. Again accu is full of markes of usage and even a sticker that it was in service. I've called them immediately and sent email with pictures.
It was said that they did a mistake again by not sending me a new accu again and they will call me next week to exchange it. Of course after a week nothing happen and even when I call them, first you need to wait a long time and when someone responds and I explain my problem they just say put me on hold and then they close the line. So I need to call again, wait in line, explain the problem, again on hold, again call closed.
Now I have send them a note for cancellation of the order as it was suggested to me by the AMC and of course they ignore that as well so I am now contacting my lawyer which they cannot ignore.
For the others which are buying electric bikes, please check your accu if it is new, as that is the most important part of the bike.
De oplossingTo get back 600 euros for 750W accu and I will buy my accu elsewhere.
