Opgelost door Flex Student Services: GEEN FACTUUR
I asked this company to move my piano on March 2 2016. They gave me an estimate, they came, did the job and I paid them cash. They did the invoice in front of me, but when I asked for a copy, they took my email address and said they will send it to me. I waited some days, but no invoice was sent. I only wanted the invoice for my administration and because I am a self-standing onderneemer, a piano teacher, so I need to include it later on in my income taxes as expenses.
I called them repeatedly, the person on the phone gave me an excuse every time and nothing happened. Still didn't received my receipt. I sent a registered letter, as they told me to do by the Consumentenbon, and they never retrieved from the post office.
Now I hope they will respond to this. I just want the invoice with the amount I paid on it, which was 159,10 euro.
