Klacht Flixbus: Unacceptable behaviour of Flixbus bus drivers
De klachtDear Flixbus customer service, on 4 August 2020 I booked online via de flixbus website a bus ticket from Santiago de Compostela to Porto, departing on 5 August at 16.50 hrs. There was an option to book the front seat at extra cost. As of covid, I thought it was a good idea and I booked seat 1D. Upon arrival of the flixbus from Paris to Porto, I entered the bus to sit at seat 1D. The seat had a bag and cussion and was in use by someone. I showed the driver my reservation and asked to sit at 1D. The stand by driver with glasses explained that I was not allowed to sit in row 1. I explained that I had reserved and paid extra for seat 1D. The stand by driver shouted to me, he raised his voice and threatened me. The response was unacceptable and he threatend to call the police. The driver of the bus wanted to grab my arm and I felt extremely unsafe as a woman traveling on my own. I understand that because of covid no passengers can sit at row 1, but I had proof of the reservation and paid for seat 1D. The standby driver refused to call the flixbus office, and both drivers did not offer another solution. They were both verbally and nearly physically unacceptable hostile.
For the threatening, shouting and assault of the flixbus divers, I propose an internal conversation about the behaviour and this incident. For the extra paid money I propose a refund. For the unsave environment that was created by the drivers I propose a full refund of the bus ticket.
