I ordered some products from this website 30th September 2018. However, there are some items missing. So I negotiated with the seller for the refund. a few days afterwards, they sent me an invoice states that 19.14 euro has been refunded to my PayPal account. However, that's not the case. I never received that money. I contacted the customer service a few times and being informed the person who is in charge is on holiday, he will be back on 30th October...I think this is ridiculous...The time cost that I spent on this issue is more than the money itself. So I decided to post the issue here.
