Opgelost door Global Collect: Bank account charged, no tickets or refund received
KlachtPaid for 3 tickets (31 October, 2019) for Cirque du Soleil Totem show using their website, with the iDeal payment option (ABN Amro).
When returned to the website, it showed the message that there was an error and an offer to repeat the procedure.
The amount of money was charged from my bank account though. Recipient is CdS via GlobalCollect (RABO bank account).
Reached out to the CdS (Cirque du Soleil) support, they say many clients face issue with iDEAL payments. Advised to book again using a cash or a credit card. Said that refund supposed to be sent, but I still haven't gotten money back within one business day.
