I ordered a warm waterkruik with track and trace on Nov 24th last year for X’mas present...I have not yet recieved it although it’s Jan 20th 2020 today!!!!
I tried so many times to trace the location via link which was provided by Grandado with GRANNLxxxxxand my post code...but they say they can’t find my order. I have paid the total amount of 5.88 euro. I will never ever use this company... they are not reliable at all!!!

Pay me back the total amont of 5.88euro to my bank account
