De klacht
Grimbergen beer has an action where on the packs of beer it says €1.25 retour. As it is one of my favorite beers - I bought 4 packs. You had to fill in a unique action code in their site. To my surprise, I discovered in the actie voorwarden only one code per address was allowed. This is not mentioned anywhere on the packages I bought. When I asked them, I received the following:Op de verpakking is inderdaad niet aangegeven dat er 1x per adreshuishouden 1x per variant meedoen.
Wij moeten keuzes maken v.w.b. de teksten die wij op de actieverpakkingen plaatsen.
Uw opmerking zullen wij zeker meenemen in de evulatie van deze actie.
