Klacht Groupon Nederland: Completely Ignored by Clientservice
De klachtI'm sorry but I don't speak Nederlands. I wrote to the firstname.lastname@example.org in total 3 emails since 29.01.2015 demanding solution to my parcel being delivered to the wrong address. Since then they choose to completely ignore me, no reply what so ever! How rude and inexcusable! That's not the way to run a business as I can't imagine to behave towards my company's clients. Of course I already paid for goods in this shipment delivered to wrong address at 17.01.2015 and since then I'm trying to solve the issue with PostNL (normal communication via emails) and Groupon (complete silence treatment ). I do appreciate your help, thank you.
De oplossingGroupon will communicate and start to treat me like a human being.
Finding & Re-delivery of my item to the local post office where I can collect it from.
Sending me a new parcel with my order on their costs.
