De klacht

I WAS DENIED TO RETURN ITEMS FROM IKEA WHICH WERE UNUSED AND I HAD A BILL.
TO MY BIG SURPRISE I WAS TOLD THAT IKEA CHANGED THEIR POLICY AND THEY DON'T ACCEPT RETURNING WHICH ARE OPENED.
LATER THEY WERE LYING AND CHANGING VERSION.
THEY WROTE ME BACK THAT I HAD NO BILL.
I HAD AND I HAVE THE BILL.
IKEA AMSTERDAM SERVICE IS BEYOND STANDARDS OF THE COMPANY THAT THEY REPRESENT.
