Made an online purchase. They contacted me to ask some details and claim the part does not fit the car. The part was never sent but a refund was also never sent. Somehow they decided to just keep my money and stopped answering emails.

As for your question what email I used to contact you: I reported this to the person that contacted me (CM@janssenkerres.nl), to firstname.lastname@example.org and through the contact form on your website (email@example.com). It's going to be hard to convince me nobody read any of these.
